Virtual Chapter
For people without a chapter in their community, and in alignment with our unwavering commitment to inclusivity and accessibility, SETS has established a Virtual Chapter to ensure that all members, irrespective of physical ability or health concerns, have full and equitable access to participate in SETS activities. Recognizing the diverse needs of our community, SETS pledges to offer comprehensive virtual participation options, allowing Virtual members who may be disabled, handicapped, or facing other health concerns, to engage with the society's offerings from the comfort of their own environments. This initiative is rooted in our core belief that the spirit of adventure and the pursuit of enlightenment know no physical boundaries. SETS is dedicated to leveraging technology and innovative solutions to bridge gaps, ensuring that every member has the opportunity to experience the thrill of exploration and the camaraderie of our community.
If you're interested in founding a chapter in your community, the first step is to join the Virtual Chapter. Then download the Chapter Formation Guidebook from the member portal (you'll receive the link when you join) and follow the instructions to start the chapter creation process.
SETS is an IRS 501(c)(10) non-profit organization
